Timber has been in the learning and development field for over 18 years.  He has worked with learning technology for companies such as Ernst & Young, AT&T, Citigroup, Xerox, and USAA.  His expertise revolves around behavior change modification and gaming for learning.  He also has a passion for film production. He has performed in both a producer and executive producer role on many projects.  He is leading the Chinese initiative and performs many roles.
