A washed up news reporter, Jake Sullivan, uncovers the creation of a secret and ruthless government hit-team, “Fragment”, which was created after a DNA recipe book was published and released into the darkest corners of the internet, spawning a community of genetic tinkerers who began building their own creatures and risking all life on Earth. Tasked with eliminating all “genetically hazardous” lifeforms and those who stand in their way... Jake smells the story of his career and risks his life to save a young woman who has been genetically altered before birth, placing him square in the sights of Fragment.
